Welcome to Scripp’s Sand Bay Homes

Located on beautiful Beaver Island. Beginning in 1984 the first house, the Beach House, was acquired. A dream come true. 1998 brought the Guest House, the house next door. We’ve often said the only drawback is that it is next to the Beach House. Our 23rd year brought the addition of Sand Castle, a wonderful log home on one of the most beautiful lots on Beaver Island.

The Beach House and the Guest House are side by side, so are great for reunions, weddings, and group gatherings.

Great off season rates currently available. Beaver Island is beautiful year round but the color changes in September and October are spectacular. Incredible wild life, northern lights, and breathtaking night skies. Great weekend packages in May, June, September and October.
